The AI Act enters a new phase
Today marks a new chapter for Artificial Intelligence in Europe.
As of 2 August 2026, a major part of the European AI Act becomes applicable across the European Union, establishing the world's first comprehensive regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence.
Over the past months, we have been closely analysing the Regulation, the European Commission's implementation guidance and what it means in practice for organisations developing and deploying AI.

Our conclusion is simple: the next competitive advantage will not be building more AI. It will be building more trust in AI.
Trust, governance, transparency, human oversight and verifiable evidence will become fundamental capabilities for every organisation operating in regulated sectors. Artificial intelligence deployed in those environments has to be:
