- A non-exclusive cross-licence in favour of Nexera to improve the service (with no identification of the end client).
- The obligation of professional review: outputs are assistance, not definitive professional advice.
- The prohibition on using outputs to train third-party models.
5. Notification of infringements
Any intellectual-property infringement may be notified to contact@nexeraone.com including: identification of the right-holder, the infringed work, the URL where the infringement is located, a good-faith declaration and a signature. Nexera will review and, where appropriate, remove the infringing content within a maximum of 72 working hours.
